This privacy policy explains how PawParty obtains, uses, stores and protects personal data when You visit the website, submit an application, contact us, or use PawParty services.

2. What personal data we process
Depending on the communication or the service used, we may process:
- name;
- phone number;
- information You voluntarily provide in the booking application or in subsequent communication;
- information about the chosen programme, event date, time and venue;
- information necessary for issuing an invoice and identifying the payment;
- correspondence and booking information;
- cookie preferences;
- IP address, browser, device and website usage technical information;
- photographs and video recordings, if separate consent has been obtained for their use.
The PawParty booking form is intended for parents, guardians and other adults. Children should not independently submit personal data on the website.
If, for the safety of the event, a parent or legal representative provides information about a child's allergies, health condition or special needs, we process only the information necessary for the event's safety, and only with the explicit consent of the parent or legal representative.
3. Purposes and legal basis of processing personal data
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
Processing the application and communication
The name, phone number and information provided in the application are used to contact You, clarify event information, prepare an offer and agree on the booking.
The legal basis is taking steps at Your request prior to entering into a contract, and the performance of a contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Provision of the service
Data is used to prepare and carry out the chosen event programme, and to agree on the venue, number of participants and other organisational matters.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract.
Administration of invoices and payments
Invoice and payment data are processed to issue an invoice, identify the payment and fulfil accounting and tax requirements.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations applicable to the controller, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
Website security
Technical data may be processed to ensure the operation and security of the website and to prevent fraud, malicious requests and technical disruptions.
The legal basis is PawParty's legitimate interest in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the website in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Analysis of website visits
With Your consent, Google Analytics is used to obtain statistical information about website visits and to understand how its content and usability can be improved.
The legal basis is Your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Booking form and Gmail
PawParty services are provided in person. The website is used to provide information and to submit an initial application. Submitting an application does not in itself mean that a booking is confirmed or a contract concluded. The booking is confirmed separately by contacting the client and issuing an invoice.
The name and phone number entered in the booking form are sent to and stored in the PawParty Gmail email account so that we can contact You about the event booking.
Information entered in the booking form is not used for automated decision-making and is not sold to third parties.
Google Analytics must not receive the name, phone number, comments or other personal information entered in the booking form fields.
5. Use of photographs and video
Photographs or videos taken during the event in which persons are identifiable are published on the PawParty website, Instagram or Facebook only with separate consent.
If children appear in an image, the consent of the parents or legal representatives of all children shown in it is required. The parent of one child cannot give consent on behalf of other children shown in the image.
Expressing interest in the booking form in a discount in exchange for the possibility of using event photographs is not consent to the publication of photographs. Separate consent is obtained before the photographs or video are published.
Consent to the use of photographs is voluntary. The event can be booked at the regular price also without consent to the publication of photographs.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@dogsgood.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. After consent is withdrawn, PawParty will stop any further use of the relevant materials and, where possible, remove them from its channels.
6. Cookies and Google Analytics
The website uses technically necessary cookies and similar technologies to ensure its safe and correct operation. User consent is not required for the use of technically necessary cookies.
With the website visitor's consent, Google Analytics is used. It may process information about:
- pages visited;
- actions taken on the website;
- time and duration of the visit;
- the device and browser used;
- approximate location;
- online and cookie identifiers.
Google Analytics is not activated until the visitor has consented to the use of analytics cookies.
Consent is not mandatory. Rejecting analytics cookies does not restrict the use of the website.

- Cloudflare — for website security and content delivery;
- website hosting and technical maintenance service providers;
- credit institutions and accounting service providers — for processing payments and accounting documents;
- state or municipal authorities — in cases stipulated by legal acts;
- Instagram and Facebook services provided by Meta Platforms — only if separate consent has been obtained for the publication of photographs or video.
PawParty does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to other companies for their own independent advertising purposes.
9. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area
When using Google, Cloudflare, Instagram and Facebook services, personal data or technical information may also be processed in countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States of America.
In such cases, the data transfer is carried out based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission regarding the protection level of the relevant country, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or other safeguard mechanisms provided for by the GDPR.
10. Personal data retention periods
Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary to achieve the relevant purpose:
- if no booking takes place, the application and correspondence are stored for no longer than 6 months after the last communication;
- information about an event that has taken place and related correspondence may be stored for up to 3 years after the event;
- invoices, payment information and accounting documents are stored for the period established by legal acts;
- information about a child's allergies, health condition or special needs is deleted no later than 30 days after the event, unless its longer retention is necessary in connection with an incident that has occurred or the fulfilment of a legal obligation;
- photographs and video are used until consent is withdrawn or until they are no longer needed for the stated purpose;
- Google Analytics data is stored for no longer than 14 months;
- cookie preferences are stored in accordance with the period indicated on the website.
After the retention period has expired, the data is deleted or anonymised, unless legal acts require its longer retention.
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR You have the right to:
- receive information about the processing of your personal data;
- request access to your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- in certain cases, request the erasure of data;
- request restriction of data processing;
- object to data processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format, where the right to data portability applies;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate.

12. Data security
PawParty takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction.
Access to personal data is granted only to persons and service providers who need it to perform a specific task.
13. Automated decision-making
PawParty does not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal or similarly significant effects for a person.
14. Changes to the privacy policy
The privacy policy may be updated if the website's functions, the services used, or the manner of processing personal data change.
